In good unissued condition. T shaped with the usual rubberized mesh backing. Worn below a generic home guard shoulder title.
Similar to No 4136 in BoBD (Jon Mills), who describes these as being made from PVC (poly-vinyl chloride) using a process of 'blowing-on' the white letters to a special background.
