Die cast in fire gilt, with the Maori's head facing to right, long loops as one would expect to find on the cap badge. Maker marked JR Gaunt London. Gilt bright and badge complete with spear end. A lovely example worn from 1948 - 1964. Collars were of the same size but facing.

A yellow gilt brass metal die struck cap badge with two flat connector style loops to the reverse. Circa 5cms tall. Not as well struck as it could have been and silver solder to lugs (possibly contemporary replacements as this is usually found with flat hexagonal lugs). RD no 875 to front on either side of the NZ. Worn with correspondingly small collar badges.
