Cox confirms that the ten regiments of South African Horse wore two different titles, one in English and the other in Afrikaans. This is the English version and would have been worn on the right shoulder; the corresponding 10/ZAH being worn on the left shoulder.

An early pair of titles, as worn from 1906 - 1928. Each circa 4.8cms wide and 1.2cms tall. In good worn condition, minor bending to loops and the loops appear to be of different lengths otherwise a close match.
