Northern Ireland District 3rd Pattern Printed Formation Signs, Kings Crown & QEII issues

Both 3rd patterns, an unissued King's crown calico printers pattern as worn in WW2 and the post 1952 embroidered version with a Queen's crown, the latter in poor overall condition with some damage to the shield's yellow threads.

Davis No 137 refers (he describes the king's crown version of this as being Fairly Scarce - Rare).

O Neg Cloth Patch

Modern British forces blood type tactical patch on velcro for O negative, the latter of which can be given to any patient in an emergency so is of particular value (The Quartermaster's boss (Mrs F) has so far given 56 pints of O negative). 6th Armoured Division Cloth Formation Designation Sign

Woven in good condition. Post WW2 issue.

The Division was reformed in May 1951 in the UK and later assigned to the British Army of the Rhine in Germany. It consisted of the 20th Armoured Brigade and 61st Lorried Infantry Brigade. It was disbanded in June 1958
