The Malaysian Government awarded a commemorative medal, known as the Pingat Jasa Malaysia, to British veterans and others who served in operations in Malaya/Malaysia between August 1957 and August 1965. WW2 Poland - Framed Medals to a Polish Soldier - MOL PRC (Polish Resettlement Corps)
The Monte Casino Medal is a later unnumbered copy. The other WW2 medals are original. A small cut photo image of the soldier in uniform and attributed below to the late 30049127 Staff Sergeant Stanislaw MOL PRC. A moving tribute in both English and Polish to the reverse of the frame. This one is circular, unmarked silver and 34mm in diameter the one year abstinence medal in unmarked silver, dark toned otherwise in very good condition. With 9mm suspension ring and on a blue ribbon (possibly the earlier 6 month blue ribbon rather than 'Army of India'). Maker marked Baddeley Bros London. Unnamed as issued.
