WW1 pair (with original ribbons) correctly impressed to 68799 Gnr. A.H. Currell. R.A. and matching dog tag confirming his religion as Church of England and his unit as Royal Garrison Artillery, plus a Imperial Service Medal in Box of issue named in upright capitals to Albert Henry Currell. QUEENS MEDITERRANEAN MEDAL to Sergt DUNBAR, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment
Correctly impressed to "3112 SERJT: T. DUNBAR. L.N. LANC: REGt" NEF condition, but on the reverse just above the ships masts there are two very small light scratches.
This a 3rd Militia Battalion award. The 3rd Battalion was embodied in January 1900 and served in the Mediterranean as garrison troops.

COPY GV (WWI era) Full size Military Cross
Perfect as a gap filler for a WW1 gallantry group, this is a modern reproduction medal (clearly marked copy on the reverse) mounted on the correct ribbon with pin medal bar on rear for suspension. At least 10 years old so not one of the more recent flimsy copies. Very good condition. read more

Solihull Coronation Medal for King George VI
An attractive large pewter medal with small suspension ring for the original thin red, white and blue ribbon. Obverse with attractively modelled conjoined busts of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth (the current Queen's mother and father). Revserve has SOLIHULL stamped into it. Good condition but with some tarnishing.

Uncut 9 inch length as origionally supplied, this is the correctly watermarked original silk ribbon from the early 1920s. Folded and with creases, but hard to find. read more

BWM & VM Pair, both impressed in the correct style to 608094 Pte A.E. Ashworth. R. IR. RIF.
BWM dark toned and NEF, VM also NEF retaining original gilt.
Ribbons are the original issue, but sewn at the tops and as the ribbons are sewn to the wrong medals I have left them just as I found them.
