5th Inniskilling Dragoon Guards White Metal WBC central device Badge
A central device from a belt buckle as worn on a chrome rectangular plate (now absent). A deep single central loop to the reverse and with a spurious felt backing cloth added for display. The castle of Inniskilling above the entwined monogram VDG. Worn in 1960s - 1980s. Many thanks to John for identifying this correctly as previously described by me as a rare pattern of collar badge.

Rare WW1 Merchant Navy 1st Pattern Red Embroidered Torpedo Badge
A rare WW1 Torpedo badge. This badge had to be applied for and was authorised on 6th June 1918 for wear by Merchant Navy personnel sunk by enemy action. Circa 7.2cm wide and 1.8cm tall. In very good condition.

Circa 23mm in diameter, fixed shank, silver plate now very dark toned. Backmarked CR&Co Extra Rich (Charles Rowley & Co., 146-148 High Street, Bordesley Birmingham). A scarce maker, who also supplied buttons through the blockade to some units American units active in the American Civil War.
