A pair of die cast bronze collar badges with three original lugs to the reverse of each and both maker marked JR Gaunt London. Circa 3cm tall and 3.5cm wide. From the same die and a close match but not matching as one has more service wear to it and is a touch lighter in colour.

In very good condition with two original loops to the reverse, as figure 12 in Peter Seaman's Book " For Hostilities Only ". Raised in 1940 and disbanded in 1945. Circa 13mm tall and 32mm wide.

Postally unused from the Bill Hopkins postcard collection. Close of up of Cap badges show these to be crowned Maltese crosses. Taken of despatch riders with the cycles and rifles under or "Bivvy". Taken at Crowborough in 1911. no doubt the annual territorial camp. Scarce image. Card in good condition.
