The Queens Royal Regiment (West Surrey) (2nd Foot) Other Ranks Larger Pattern Brass Cap Badge
This pattern was introduced with the change of title and was worn from 1920 onwards until a smaller pattern of this design was introduced towards the end of WW2. In good condition with original slider. It has some polishing from service wear and is possibly lacquered, but an attractive badge overall.

Boer War Vintage Middlesex Regiment (Duke of Cambridge's Own) Embroidered White on Scarlet Felt Cloth Shoulder Title / Pagri Badge
Scarce early pre WW1 pattern white on red embroidered shoulder title / foreign service helmet pagri badge as worn during the Boer War, hessian backed and with " W. D. / 5 " stamp in black ink to the reverse. The title " Middlesex " on a scarlet ground. Circa 9 x 7.5 cms. Colour bright, some slight moth grazes and a few nips to edges otherwise in very good condition.

SWB officially impressed B255885 awarded to William Howard, who was entitled to a Mons Star Trio. Rare to find with original box of issue. Also a rare survivor who served all through the war until early 1919.

WW1 Full Set of Embroidered Overseas Service Chevrons 1914 - 1918
A good clean set of 1 red (for 1914) and 4 blue chevrons on khaki backing representing five years service overseas, making the recipient an old contemptible who survived through to the end of the war. Removed from uniform, a bit more sun faded than the one previously sold and brighter to reverse as one would expect, but in very good condition for age and scarce.

A small and attractive enamel and hallmarked silver buttonhole lapel badge for a Patron of the Old Contemptibles Association. Enamel in good undamaged condition. Maker marked Toy & Co Ltd London (under the horseshoe fitting) and also T & Co to reverse and hallmarked silver stamps for London 1932 (date letter R). Circa 19mm in diameter and in very good condition. Scarce.
