Edwardian (Scottish) Border Rifle Volunteers Other Rank's Glengarry Badge
An Edwardian King's Crown blackened brass glengarry badge for the Border Rifle Volunteers. Some rippling and bending from service wear but in generally good condition complete with two of two original loops to reverse (some bending to these). Circa 53mm tall and 36mm wide. Westminster Dragoons Imperial Yeomanry Gilt Brass Cap Badge
A die struck cap badge in gilt brass metal with two original loops to the reverse. The fretting and voiding on this delicate badge is quite wonderful. Scroll reads "Westminster Dragoons I.Y" Pre 1908.

A near mint die struck gilding metal example in unissued condition but with a slider presumably for wearing on the pagri band on the tropical / sun helmet. Raised in 1902. Disbanded in 1926. Helmet badges found in a variety of metals: white metal, bronze, gilding metal and blackened.

A cast brass example with two original fixing loops to the reverse. The Regiment was formed on 1st March 1943 and disbanded in 1946. It fought with distinction until the war’s end in Burma with the Chindits. Red felt backing added for display. Scarce.
