Of UK manufacture given it is die struck. Two original lugs to the reverse. Circa 3.9cms tall. In superb good condition. Post 1933.
Prior to 1933, known as the Bombay Light Horse, part of the cavalry reserve of the British Indian Army, . The badge was modified from "Horse" to Patrol" in 1933 to reflect their mechanisation as the Bombay Light Patrol.

In very good NEF condition with no edge knocks or polishing. Unnamed as issued. Issued in silver for 14 years good conduct. Such medals were replaced in the 1850s by the issue of the Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal. Silver dark toned.
