2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles (The Sirmoor Rifles) Large Pattern Button

Circa 26mm in diameter, black composition button, fixed shank. It has the design of the King’s cypher ERI beneath an imperial crown with crossed kukris beneath. There is no back mark. In very good condition. Worn by all ranks circa 1972 until June 1994.

Indian Army WW2 Raised Unit - The Assam Regiment Cast Brass Cap Badge

A nicely cast brass cap badge which has been gilded with two original small loops to the reverse, mounted on green felt cloth for display. Slightly smaller the pagri badge listed below. A superior quality example in near mint condition. Some glue to reverse. Superb. Circa 33mm tall and 24mm wide. On a rifle green background. Hawk facing right (which is heraldically incorrect). Worn on cold weather Mess Dress from 1974 and also on No 1, No 2 and No 4 dress from about 1977. Ceased to be worn 1994.

Royal Nepal Army White Metal Badge - Gurkha interest

Finally detailed die cast white metal badge, possibly unmarked silver, with the coat of arms of Nepal. Believed to date from the 1920s - 1930s. All fiddly bits present and correct. Long screw fitting which has been bent over and slightly. Circa 40mm tall and 51mm wide. Possibly a pouch badge but screw fitting may also have been used in a cap. In good overall condition.
