Leicestershire Yeomanry Cavalry ( LYC ) ( Prince Albert 's Own ) Brass Cap Badge, 1910 - 1915 only
A good stiff die struck gilding metal brass cap badge with original slider with sharp detail. This pattern sealed 1910 and only worn until 1915 when replaced with the Saxe-Coburg design ( like the 11th Hussars cap badge). Also found in white metal. Queens Own Oxfordshire Hussars ( QOOH ) White Metal Cap Badge, Scarce King's Crown pattern
A good heavy and stiff die struck white metal cap badge with sharp detail and original slider to reverse. This pattern was not popular, and according to Gaylor, rejected by the Regiment as not having the correct pattern crown ( it should have been the winged Queen Adelaide's crown). Scarce.

The Fife & Forfar Yeomanry ( Dragoons ) White Metal Cap Badge
This unit used the County badge, the Thane of Fife as its emblem. The copper lugs have been sharpened and thinned (presumably for display on a board) but otherwise the badge is in excellent condition. Has a look of being silver plated.

Norfolk Yeomanry ( King's Own Royal Regiment ( KORR ) ) GV Brass Cap Badge
An impressively large die cast cap badge with original slider to the reverse, which is maker marked BP & Co Ld, B'ham (Bodill Parker & Co, Birmingham).. In the form of the Royal Cypher for King George V. As worn 1911 to 1935. Circa 56mm tall. In very good condition.

A bi metal cap / collar badge on two original lugs to the reverse. In very good condition. Worn on the field service cap from 1914 until 1950.

WW2 - 4th County of London Yeomanry ( Sharpshooters ) Brass Shoulder Title - maker named Walker & Hall, Sheffield
In excellent condition with two original hexagonal lugs to the reverse, Die stamped to reverse Walker & Hall, Sheffield. Worn in 1944 only.
Walker & Hall were cutlers and made regimental spoons in the 1930s and I believe moved into military badge making in the early 1940s.
First raised in 1901.

Bedfordshire Yeomanry Gilding Metal Cap Badge
A die struck gilding metal cap badge with the correct voids between the legs. Long slider to the reverse. The slider appears to have been subsequently reinforced at the join with the badge with silver solder, otherwise in very good condition.

King Edwards Horse ( The Kings Oversea Dominions Regiment ) Yeomanry Brass Cap Badge - Rare Ausumus spelling
The rare version mispelling "Adsumus" in the motto srcoll with "Ausumus". In brass guilding metal with original slider. Circa 5.8cm tall. Rare.
During WW1 the Reigment was broken up, serving in France and Italy in a variety of roles. Some of the men became mounted orderlies and the KODR became 'King's Own Despatch Riders" to the jeers of the infantry.
