A large and impressive sand cast badge which as been silver plated and retains its original and functional pin fitting (N-S) suggesting it was worn on the turban by an Indian Mess Waiter / Orderly when the Regiment was stationed in India (it served in the Indian Mutiny). Westmorland & Cumberland Yeomanry Other Ranks Gilding Metal Cap Badge
An original and attractive gilt washed brass cap badge with original slider to reverse. A good stiff badge, nicely domed with sharp detail and in very good condition. The design is three sprigs of heather within an oval band surrounded by laurel wreaths with a king 's crown above. This pattern discarded in the early 1920s when the unit adopted the Royal Artillery cap badge.

Queens Own Worcestershire Imperial Yeomanry Officers Shoulder Belt & Pouch With Whistle and Gilt Fittings
A magnificent Officers shoulder belt plate and pouch with king's crown badge to pouch, indicating the period 1902 - 1908. Tan leather with gilt fittings, in near mint condition. Odd mark to leather, but nothing to worry about. The belt is complete with a fire gilt lion-head boss and two-strand gilt chain connected to the gilt whistle and holder.

A die struck bronze cap badge with original slider. In very good condition. Neither the W nor H are fully voided as found on copies of this badge.
The unit was a war raised unit raised in South Wales in August 1914 and had effectively ceased to exist by 1917.
