Die struck white metal version, post 1930 issue as worn by the amalgamated regiment ( with 6th Inniskilling Dragoons). Two original copper loops the the reverse. With correct dark green felt backing cloth as worn on battledress. It was not worn with the backing cloth on No 1 Dress. Circa 6.5cm wide from hoof to hoof. In good condition. Chevrons holed to accommodate badge.

Large Pattern BAYS 2nd Dragoon Guards Brass Shoulder Title on Backing Plate
With two original hexagonal lugs to the reverse and still secured to its original vented backing plate, some signs of service wear and could do with a light clean. Worn from 1921 onwards by other ranks. Circa 4.6cm wide and 1.6cm tall excluding backing plate. Scarce.

Scarce Edwardian Issue EDVII 18th Hussars Bi-metal Collar Badges, worn circa 1902-1904 only
A pair of bi-metal colour badges, not an exact colour match but in all other respects they display well together and each has two original dark toned lugs to the reverse of each. King's crown and only worn for a couple of years (1902 - 1904). This regiment had a rapidly changing series of cap badges post 1904 until it settled on the all white metal pattern. In very good condition and scarce.

A facing pair of die struck white metal cap badges with two original dark toned loops to the reverse of each. Line cavalry collar badges approved in 1898 - 1899. This design was not popular and quickly replaced by the running long horse variety. Not clear if ever issued for other ranks. Facing but not matching.
