Circlet inscribed 'Efficiency is Strength'. Scroll reads 'Women's Volunteer Reserve'. Formed by the Marchioness of Londonderry.

An early bi-coloured anodised (staybrite) cap badge of two-part riveted construction to the TA units of The Queen's Royal Surrey Regiment. Original slider maker marked J R Gaunt, London. There appears to be an erasure of owner's name to reverse otherwise in good overall condition.
