WW1 Manchester Regiment Other Ranks Bi-metal Cap Badge
A good example of the ' tram conductors ' badge, with original slider and crimp mark to the reverse. A good stiff badge with sharp detail, with a red felt backing. Not sure this is correct but it has some age to it. This pattern was dropped in favour of the fleur-de-lys cap badge adopted in 1923.
