A die struck white metal 2nd VB South Lancashire Regiment other rank's cap badge cworn circa 1896-1908. Two original dark toned loops (bent over but still functional) with cotter pin. Some light brown staining to front, possibly nicotine.
Designated 2nd VB 1st July 1886. HQ St. Helens.

A large die struck glengarry badge in bronzed brass with two original loops. King's crown so 1902 - 1908 only. A very pleasing example with sharp detail,with only minor wear to bronzed finish on highpoints. Usually found in white metal, I suspect this is a sergeant / NCO issue as in bronze. Scarce.

Die struck with two original long lugs to the reverse. Circa 33cm tall. In good condition with slight bending to lugs.
Note the initials VRC. Scarce Badge. In very good condition, worn circa 1905-08 only. It bears the four shields of the Inns within laurel wreath bearing a four part scroll `South Africa 1900 1901` with scroll across the base inscribed `Inns of Court VRC`. read more
