In unissued condition. Apparently also worn on Mess Dress as a collar badge.

The Queen’s Lancashire Regiment was formed in 1970 by the amalgamation of the Lancashire Regiment (Prince of Wales’s Volunteers) and the Loyal Regiment (North Lancashire). The regiment was to have an illustrious thirty-six years in which it fought in Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Iraq. In 2006 it was merged into the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment as its first battalion.
