Royal Horse Artillery RHA Regiment OFFICERS GILT Beret Badge – Queens Crown

Circa 35mm tall, two original long copper loops to reverse (e-w). Die cast and gilt in stunning condition. Touch of verdigris to reverse, does not detract. No maker marks.

This badge was also worn at the base of the No 1 Dress Shoulder chains by the Essex Yeomanry, a distinction awarded in 1955 when teh Regiment was granted the honorary title of Royal Horse Artillery.
