British Red Cross Society Gilding Metal and Enamel Cap Badge - Female Issue Brooch Pin Badge

In excellent condition with no damage to enamel. Gilt finish bright. Original pin fitting to the reverse. This pattern worn from 1918-1982, possibly on the tunic / jacket / blouse. Later issue.
