An informative black and white photographic set showing the badges worn by the various ratings in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines just prior to the outbreak of WW2. The badges worn by the various trades and rates in the Royal Navy can be confusing at times and this set is useful for the Naval historian and badge collector alike.
