Victorian 1st London Artillery Volunteer Corps Other Ranks Large Pattern Button
Circa 23mm in diameter, floating shank, maker marked Hobson & Son, St Martins Lane, London, W.C. In worn condition with a small ding above the end of the barrel and some wear to nickel plated finish on the highpoints of the cannon. Scarce pre 1902 button as on 1 January 1902 the unit was re-titled 1st City of London Royal Garrison Artillery (Volunteers). Worn 1883 - 1902.
