Mention in Despatches (MID) Oak leaf, the 1920 pattern for wear on General Service Medal or the full size WW2 medals, or post war campaigns up to and including 1993. Circa 22mm x 8mm. Die cast in bronze with two holes in each for sewing to the medal ribbon.
