COPY / Reproduction of a WW2 Chocolate Brown Plastic Economy Pattern Womens Land Army (WLA) Timber Corps Cap Badge - The TimberJills!

Made in small hand batches by a good friend, this is an impressive copy made from a cast of an original badge. Superb detail to front. However, deliberately finished with an unrealistic back, quite rough and stamped with a large 'R' for Reproduction and with a modern pin / clasp fitting in place of the usual blades. In mint condition as new.

With the 11th November Armistice Day, who would want to take out a rare original badge costing circa £150? So you can wear this copy in a beret or as a breast badge, without the worry of losing or damaging an original. So whilst it is against my usual policy of selling copies, I can see the merit of this initiative and I would like to support this as it is clearly not going to fool anybody when you look at the reverse.
