WW1 Peterborough City / Liberty Police Special Constable Constabulary Police Mufti Brooch Lapel Badge

Without any means of identification as belonging to this city other than the coat of arms. Allegedly worn by the Peterborough City Police and also the Peterborough Liberty Police as they shared the same Chief Constable. In very good condition with no damage to the enamel and with original and functional brooch pin fitting. Rare.
