Large original WW1 image mounted on card, British Red Cross Ambulance funded by the Denis Bayley Fund and presented by the Durham Miners Association, Ambulance No 7. Photo by Bartolle and Son, 268 Caldedonian Road, N. (Newcastle-upon-Tyne). Some corner wear to the mount, blank reverse but has four modern velrco strips for mounting on a display board. Image circa 8 inches wide and 6 1/4 inches tall. Mount is circa 11 3/4 inches wide and 9 3/4 inches tall. Some edge damage to top edge of mount. Rare. Sold as seen, no returns on this item.
