Scottish Dumbarton White Metal Shoulder Title - 9th Bn A&SH Pipers?

In good condition with two original hex fixings to reverse. The lower part of a title which would have been worn by Dumbarton Rifle Volunteers or by a piper post 1908 when they became the 9th Territorial Battalion Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. Scarce. Any information welcome.

Bloomer p119 shows a T/9/A&SH/Dumbarton in brass. Westlake states the 'Dumbarton' was also worn separately (p126).
