WW2 Reconnaissance RECCE Corps Original Group Photograph
Mounted on card, a large image with sadly no attributions almost all of them appear to be wearing a Reconnaissance Corps Cap Badge in their berets. Battledress uniforms but with nothing much of note in the way of other insignia. The three older soldiers seated in the centre of the front row, appear to be a Corporal, an officer (his badge is smaller) and seated on his other side a WO Cl2. Some of the younder soldiers are without a cap badge, so possibly a new intake. The building behind looks fairly distinctive so somebody may be able to work out where in the UK it was taken. Photo acquired in North East of England. Circa 24cms wide and 12.5cms tall excluding the backing card, some paper stuck to reverse of this. In good overall condition and scarce. Any information welcome.
