WW1 Original Royal Artillery (RA) Officer's Cabinet Sepia Black & White Portrait Photograph with Divisional Cloth Flash?

Cabinet photo, cut down to fit a frame at some point, with a strip of division? silk ribbon, white blue white, glued to top right of photo. He wears a RA collar badge and two pips / rank stars so later in the war. Looks like a Newcastle photographer (N/C) as signed on bottom right by photographer. To reverse annotated "To my D.D.D. from her "Lonely Soldier". Image in good condition. Would welcome identification of the divisional strip.
