Indian Army - 38th & 39th King George's Own Central India Horse Cast White Metal Mess Waiter / Bearer's Headdress Badge

A locally cast white metal badge with two original loops, appears to have been silver plated. As worn by the officers' mess waiters /bearers / orderlies. Worn circa 1903-1922. Circa 4.3cms tall. A scarce pattern in very good condition. Only a handful of orderlies would have been employed in the officer's mess in either of the regiments.
