WW2 Indian Army - Chamar Regiment Cast Brass Cap Badge

A cast brass example with two original integral tombstone style fixing loops to the reverse. The Regiment was formed on 1st March 1943 and disbanded in 1946. It fought with distinction until the war’s end in Burma with the Chindits. Scarce.
