Conspicuous Gallantry Cross Medal Full Size Copy

An unnamed tailors full size copy with correct ribbon. Some paste to reverse of ribbon where removed from a display board otherwise in excellent condition.

Instituted in 1993 as part of the restructuring of the honours system designed to remove distinction between ranks. This cross replaced all previous level two awards for gallantry in action, namely CGM, CGM (Flying), DCM and the DSO (when this was awarded for gallantry).
