British Army Proficiency Badge - Collar / Harness Maker, Saddler, Saddletree Maker

A quality brass arm badge in the shape of a horse bit with four horizontally fitted original loops (flat connector style) with original brass backing plate and cotter pins to the reverse. Circa 4cm tall and 3.7cms wide. In very good condition.

Worn on the upper right arm of the trades listed in the title for mainly horse units such as the Cavalry of the Line, Royal Artillery, Royal Engineers, Royal Signals and the Army Service Corps (ASC).
