Royal Air Force RAF Senior Officer's (Air Rank) Bullion and Gilt Metal Cap Badge - QEII issue

Removed from cap, an early 1950s-60s example, sadly one prong has detached from the eagle but is still present in the cap, the eagle flying slightly loose on one side as a result, but still held reasonably tightly by the other and displays well. I have taken the eagle out and at some point both tabs have been repaired at some time, but one of these repairs has now failed. Some dulling to gold bullion thread from wear and the gilt on the eagle. Sold as seen, no returns on this item.
