Scottish Yeomanry Silver Plate and Gilt Cap Badge, 1992 -1999 only
A gilt and silver plated die cast example of two part riveted construction with two original loops and maker marked LB&B (London Badge & Button Company). Some slight service wear to gilt on lion's main otherwise a very good example with no damage to delicate bits / lance tips.
The Scottish Yeomanry (SCOTS YEO) was a short-lived Yeomanry Regiment of the British Territorial Army formed in 1992. It was disbanded in 1999.
The Scottish Yeomanry wore the grey beret of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards bearing a cap badge of the regiment consisting of the Lion Rampant of Scotland upon crossed lances under the Scottish Crown.
