Victorian White Metal British Volunteer Artillery Forage Cap Badge - Larger Pattern (Grenadier Guards Style)

As worn on the pill box or peaked cap by many Volunteer Artillery Other Ranks across the Kingdom, a white metal grenade with seventeen flames (Grenadier Guards pattern but in white metal) with two original toned loops to the reverse but these have been reinforced or re-secured with lead solder. Circa 4.5cms tall. Lovely item. Circa 1860 - 1902. See also my item 66122 for the smaller pattern.
