Royal Warwickshire Regiment QVC Silver Plated Badge

An odd little badge, die struck garter with sold QVC and stout pin fitting added. Looks like a bit of a marriage. Not sure if pagri or band related. Any information welcome. Does not look like a sweetheart, but could be. Circa 4.5cms tall. Unusual.
