Victorian QVC Royal Regiment of Artillery Officer's Greatcoat Extra Large Pattern Gilt Button

A very large button at 28mm in diameter, fixed shank and maker marked C & J Weldon, 130 Cheapside, London. Worn from 1837 to 1901 with the VR cypher. Gilt bright and in superb condition with sharp detail. In very good condition and scarce in this size.
