Corps of Royal Engineers Officer's Large Pattern Gilt Tunic Button - William IV
Circa 21mm in diameter, fixed shank and maker marked Charles Jennens (PoW feathers) London. Centre carries the monogram of King William IV, Queen Victoria's predecessor. Circa 1830 - 1837. Gilt bright and in superb condition. Rare.
Jennens made buttons from 1832.
