WW2 Printed 45th (West Country) Infantry Division Formation Sign - Drakes Drum - unfinished?

An unusual 'unfinished' WW2 printed example of "Drake's Drum" worn by this Territorial Army Division, which served as a duplicate division for the 43rd ( Wessex ) Division as both were formed from the South-Western Counties. Oddly the colours have not been added. See my example at
