Original Raphael Tuck Art Postcard Boer War Final Peace concluded 1902

Postally used and EDVII cancelled stamp dated 1902. Sent to a Portuguese address in Lisbon. In very good condition for age. Artistic portraits of Lord Kitchener (wearing a black arm band to commemorate death of Queen Victoria) and the Boer War Generals, De Wet, Botha and Delarey. Quote from William Shakespeare below giving credit to the enemy below: "I would rather have such men as my friends, than enemies". This came to pass in WW1.
