Royal Welsh Regiment OCA badge? / Welsh Prince of Wales (POW) Crest Feathers Silver Plated Buttonhole Lapel Badge

A small silver-plated POW crest with motto 'ich dien', die struck and with its original horseshoe fixing. Small area of light wear to plate on middle left feather, otherwise in very good condition. A number of regiments possible, or possibly royal memorabilia. Certainly, something that could be worn on Remembrance Sunday for example or at the investiture of the New Prince of Wales. Circa 3cms tall.
