WW1 / WW2 City of London Police Reserve Special Inspectors Enamel and Gilt mufti Lapel Buttonhole Badge
A rare Special Inspector's badge, indicated by the white enamel. Constables wore red, Sergeants blue and Inspectors white enamel badges. A very small "square mile " force. One edge ding to top and a couple of spots of crazing to the enamel and a small crack in the enamel in the word Police otherwise in very good condition with enamel intact and gilt bright.
