WW2 107th Royal Armoured Corps (RAC) Chromed / Nickel Dipped White Metal Cap Badge

Shaped to cap with two original loops to the reverse. The 5th Battalion (Territorial Force) King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment (KORL) in October 1941 became the 107th Regiment RAC (KORL) and 151st (10th BN KORL) and wore white metal cap chromed / nickel dipped cap badges to reflect their conversion to armoured units. In excellent condition. Very slight wear to highpoints on the back front knee and foot show gilding metal peeking through as the base metal. Scarce.
