Queen Alexandras Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve Cap / Collar Badge

A white metal die cast example of the 'QAIMNSR badge worn on the cap and in the same size on the collar. Very good condition, complete with original two loops (some service wear). Circa 2.6 cms in height.
