National Defence Corps Edward 8th EDVIII Issue Brass Cap Badge

In very good condition with original slider (folded over as often found into a hairpin). Formerly known as the Royal Defence Corps, but for the EDVIII issue the Corps underwent a change of title to the National Defence Company.

There is speculation that the hairpin slider was made as such for this to be worn either in the hat or the lapel buttonhole.
