WW2 (Royal Army Service Corps) RASC Printed Air Despatch Formation Sign Patch Flash Designation Badge

An early WW2 printed removed from uniform example of the left facing yellow " Dakota " on a blue background, worn by Air Despatch units of the RASC. This is the version with the truncated tail fin. Side and bottom edges folded over but looks to be in very good condition.

WW2 4th Indian Division Hand Made Felt Formation Sign, 1st Pattern

Although this badge was sanctioned in October 1942, this is one of the consignment of hand-made signs provided by the Punjab War Purposes Fund which reached the Division whilst still in North Africa in February 1943. Cold War Lancashire and Border District & North Western District Embroidered Felt Cloth Formation Sign Patch Flash Designation Patch

Removed from uniform, some damage to felt on bottom edge otherwise in reasonable condition. A Red Rose in a Yellow on a green background. The intertwined lines of the badge represent two borders of Scotland and Wales which formed the north and western borders of the district.

An embroidered red rose in a green wreath tied with a yellow bow for the Lancastrian Training Brigade (it comprised 8 regiments). Worn from 1948 - 1958. This example with a few small moth holes nibbles to buff square otherwise in good condition.

WW2 47th (London) Territorial Infantry Division Embroidered Cloth Formation Sign Flash Patch Designation - 2nd Pattern

2nd Pattern Rectangular, circa 5.2cm by 4cm. Removed from uniform but in very good condition. The red bells on a black background. Finely woven in silk.
