Devonshire Regiment Officers White Metal Pouch Badge

On par with the size of a cap badge, nicely die cast but heavy badge and looks lto have been made of a low grade silver (untested) with two original screw posts to the reverse. Given the colour being all white metal I wonder whether this was a volunteer battalion / militia or territorial officers issue. Circa 4.3cms tall. In good condition except for a small piece of damage to the rays on the star at 9 o'clock. Any information welcome. Rare.
