National Service - Royal Armoured Corps (RAC) Training Brigade Embroidered Cloth Formation Sign

Removed from uniform with some traces of paper stuck to the reverse otherwise in very good condition. A white mailed fist holding a torch of learning on blue felt with a black hessian backing.

Introduced in 1951 and worn by members of the permanent staff. With the end of National Service the Brigade was no longer required and ceased to exist on the 1st April 1962. Worn as facing pairs on battledress, this one facing to the left.
